Hello again, friends :) Hope time has treated you well! Once again I return from the depths, inspired in the short term to doodle. My latest subject matter: BG3. I had never heard of the game until the evening before its release and my FFXIV raid members were all bubbling over with excitement. They peer pressured me into buying it and oops now I have put a few hundred hours into it bahaha I have been TRYING to join a real D&D session for over a decade now -- I consider myself cursed. Either the group disbands before session 0, they decide not to be remote at the last minute so I (the most rural among us) am uninvited, they decide they don't want another girl, they end up changing the schedule........ blugh! I've ended up with a whole folder of character sheets for characters with art and full back stories who never see a real game! Robert has practiced DMing/pity-DMed one-shot single-player games for me, but it isn't nearly the same thing as having a few people to interact with. I think that may be why I took so easily to BG3, haha. I created my lil drow warlock lady, Zilvra, and have been doodling her and my other characters since 🤣 Anyone else get into it? What is everyone else up to?
