We had to do a project based on a human interest issue -- I chose the horror of having to keep a secret you know hurts someone else. Whether it be bullying, abuse, cutting, suicidal thoughts/plans, drug use, or any other thing that could harm someone you care about, keeping quiet about their issue will usually NOT help them, even if they asked you to keep it secret. Don't let injustice stand -- speak. If you honestly mean to help them, even if they get in trouble, they'll thank you someday for saving them.

The words in the background just kind of prattle on about secrets, and how she feels trapped by them, though whoever secret it is refuses to let her help. She feels hurt by having to hold it in, and they wrap her in these bandages. She notices that they are covered in blood -- but whether it's hers or theirs, she dosen't know.
